Monmouth Offices
The brief for this space was for a strong, simple structural design and timeless facade, yielding a functional floor plate. We added stylish touches, including shattered precast textures and soft matte-black louvre screens. A strong vertical curtain wall plane maximised views out to the water. With dual parking levels and lobby access, the building proudly epitomises the changing character of the city space.
